Get to know your new mattress and get the most out of it with these tips

  • Your mattress may feel slightly firmer than the one on the showroom floor. It may take a few weeks to break in your new bed for you to become accustomed to it.
  • Your mattress features a one-sided design and should never be flipped.
  • Don't remove law tags from your mattress set. If you do remove the law tags for any reason, please keep in a safe place. You will be required to provide them should a warranty issue arise.
  • If you feel there is a warranty issue with your Tempur-Pedic Mattress, please call (800) 753-1130. For all other brands please contact our Warranty and Repair service (800) 854-6755.
  • A Mattress Protector is recommended for all mattresses as a stained or soiled mattress will not be accepted for warranty claims or comfort exchanges where applicable. Get yours here
  • American Home Furniture and Mattress does not haul away old mattresses.

Mattress Comfort Guarantee

Tempur-Pedic customers must keep their mattress a minimum of 30 days. The 60-Day Comfort Guarantee is only valid on Tempur-Pedic mattresses. A one-time $199 restocking fee plus delivery charges will be applied to any Tempur-Pedic re-selection. No refunds or returns on any mattress (unless noted above), adjustable bases, pillows, and protectors.
