American Home Furniture & Mattress has filed for Chapter 11 reorganization to strengthen our company and ensure long-term stability. We are not going out of business. Our Albuquerque locations remain open, and we continue to fulfill all existing and new customer orders. All gift cards and warranties remain valid. This decision allows us to reorganize following prolonged freeway construction affecting our Albuquerque stores and broader economic pressures such as inflation and tariffs. As part of this process, we are consolidating operations, with floor model sales underway in our Santa Fe and Farmington stores. Customers in those areas will continue to be served through our Albuquerque locations, including delivery service.
