Delivery Options
White Glove Home Delivery
Our premium White Glove service provides full-service delivery, assembly, and placement of your new furniture in the room of your choice. We also remove all packaging materials for a hassle-free experience.
- Most convenient option for larger or complex items.
- Includes unboxing, assembly, and placement.
- Packaging removal is included.
Front Door Shipping (Curbside)
For larger items that don't require in-home setup, our Front Door Shipping service delivers your order to the curb or driveway of your home. You are responsible for moving the items into your residence and assembly.
- Ideal for those comfortable with self-assembly and moving.
- Delivery team does not enter the home.
- Scheduling is coordinated directly with our team.
Customer Pickup
Prefer to pickup your purchase? You can collect your items directly from our Distribution Center or select store locations. This option saves you delivery fees and allows for immediate possession of your furniture.

Parcel Shipping
Shipping on select smaller items delivered directly to your doorstep via UPS, FedEx, or other 3rd party company is available for a small fee. Ideal for accessories, lamps, and other lightweight products. Tracking information will be provided, if available, once your order ships.

Doorways & Hallways
Measure the height and width of all entryways, including front door, internal doors, and hallways, that the furniture will pass through.
Staircases & Elevators
For multi-story homes, measure staircase width, ceiling height, and any turns. For apartments, measure elevator interior dimensions and door opening.
Room Placement
Ensure the final placement area in your room has enough space for the furniture, accounting for any existing pieces.
