Our Warehouse to pick up your items after you have scheduled an appointment is located at:
A: We deliver larger furniture items to most zip codes in New Mexico and some select zip codes in the surrounding states. For smaller, parcel items (Accessories) we will ship to the lower 48 contiguous United States.
A: Online, you can go to My Account and click on Orders on the left side to find any orders you have placed.
If you are looking at a paper or PDF invoice from an in-store purchase the top right will have your Order or Sales number

Delivery: Please contact your salesperson to schedule a delivery if one hasn't been scheduled at the time you purchased. If you ordered online we will contact you by phone or email to schedule a delivery.
A: If your items are in stock at our Warehouse, you can expect to schedule a pick-up or delivery within 2-10 days, there may be some delays. If we have to order your items from an American Home partner, we will contact you when your items are received in our Warehouse to schedule a delivery or pick up that is convenient for you.
A: Look for the green checkmark at the bottom of the picture to see if your item is in stock at our Warehouse.

A: Yes! Just log in on AmericanHome.com with the same email you used in the store. Click on My Account and then on the left side click on Orders. You will see your orders here, if you have a balance you will see a blue link to pay your balance, you may have to scroll down depending on the size of your screen.
