PURCHASES MADE IN STORE - RETURN POLICY
We hope you enjoy everything that you purchase from American Home and we do our utmost to make sure you have all the information you need to make the best purchase decisions for you. That being said, we understand that sometimes circumstances come up that require items to be returned and we want you to know that we are here to help before, during and after your purchase.
You may return your furniture purchase within 5 days of receipt, only if it is in original condition. Simply return your item(s) to our distribution center, or call our Customer Service Department at 1-800-854-6755. If you would like to have us pick up your return, you can arrange for our delivery service to pick up the item for a pick up fee. Fabric and leather care protection are non-refundable. As Is and Special Order merchandise cannot be returned.
ONLINE PURCHASES - RETURN POLICY
You can absolutely return the merchandise you purchased online to us for any reason within 5 days of delivery. Please make sure to keep all original packaging until you have decided to keep the item, as all items need to be returned in their original packaging, you are responsible for any shipping charges incurred. A 15% restocking fee will be applied. Shipping charges cannot be refunded.
Refunds on all items that were not labeled "non-refundable" at time of purchase will be issued back to you in the same means it was paid within 48 hours of the item being received by us and inspected.
We take great care to make sure your new favorite household item reaches you in pristine condition. However, we know that sometimes accidents happen and we are here to help. We will gladly replace any items that are damaged or defective on arrival. The best people for that job are our friendly Warranty and Repair Service team at 505-761-3202.
Clearance and As Is Items
We like to get you a fantastic deal whenever we can and two of the ways we do that is through our Clearance and As Is items. Due to limited quantities and deep discounts on Clearance and known issues involved with any As Is item, these items are considered non-returnable. If you receive a Clearance item that is damaged, we will do everything in our power to replace it, however, due to limited quantities this may not always be possible. Due to the nature of As Is items, they do not carry a warranty.
