This fall, creativity takes center stage at American Home Furniture and Mattress. Our team has been busy preparing the atrium at our Carlisle and Indian School location for one of our favorite community events, American Home Presents: A Night with Local Makers, happening Wednesday, November 13.
The space is coming to life with color, craft, and the unmistakable warmth of New Mexico artistry. From functional art to handmade goods, this event celebrates the incredible talent right here in our community.
An Evening with Local Makers
Join us in the atrium for a relaxed evening filled with local art, design, and connection.
This season’s lineup features David Santiago (also known as St. Jame) sharing a collection of his latest artwork and prints, Upside Candle bringing her newest holiday line to fill the space with cozy seasonal scents, Tractor Brewery offering sips from their special collaboration with St. Jame, and Turkey Tea Towels showcasing their handcrafted designs that mix humor, warmth, and New Mexico charm.
We will also have a few other local vendors with gift-ready pieces that make perfect finds for the holiday season. It is an easy way to get a head start on your shopping while supporting New Mexico makers.
It is a night for creativity, conversation, and community, a place where local artistry meets local hospitality.
Seeing the Atrium in a New Light
The Carlisle and Indian School atrium will serve as the heart of the evening, connecting each part of the store and setting the tone for a night meant to explore. Guests are encouraged to walk through the space, meet local makers, and take their time discovering new favorites.
